As the days become shorter and the temperature drops, here at Hungry Donkey HQ we decided that something needed to be done to help ease people into Winter! It seemed the perfect time to give my menu a little re-vamp, and add some exciting new dishes to the Spitalfields restaurant scene. My new nibbles menu now offers bio-dynamic olives, garlic and tomato bread and Manouri and Ladotyri cheeseballs (you can thank me later!) all perfect with a glass of wine! To my starter menu we have added Papoutsakia which is slow roasted aubergine topped with a fresh tomato sauce, feta and a drizzle of olive oil. The new addition to the mains menu is another vegetarian option, Gemista, which are vegetables stuffed with Greek herbs and rice.
