Here at Hungry Donkey we have a close relationship with all of our suppliers, and over the coming months will be introducing you to them on the blog. This week we want to introduce you to The Fotiadis family who provide us with our wild boar sausage. Our sausage is a mixture of wild boar, pork and leeks, and comes from free-range animals raised high up on Mount Olympus who have lived a very healthy and pleasant life!
This sausage is used in our Hungry Donkey breakfast dish which comprises of eggs (sunny side up of course!), mushrooms, onions and wild boar sausage all on toasted sourdough bread, so make sure you try it next time you’re in!
