Ordering FAQs

  • Catering Hours (pick-up and delivery) – Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm, 3pm-6pm, Weekend: all day.
  • If there is something from our main menu you would like to order, that is not on our catering menu, please call our team to discuss this further or email us at catering@hungrydonkey.co.uk
  • Wine/Beer/Spirits: We offer and supply all our Greek wines, Greek craft beer, and Greek spirits as well – Do call our team to discuss this further or email us at catering@hungrydonkey.co.uk
  • Our pick-up and drop-off catering is packed in a combination of recyclable aluminium pans, and sustainable containers.
  • The delivery fee charge, is dependent on the date, time, and location of the delivery, and is provided by third-party courier partners.
  • Any menu changes would have to be made two days in advance of any order.
  • The final menu selections, any specific requests, and confirmation of the order is due two days prior to your event.
  • To book your catering slot in, a 50% BACS deposit is required, with the balance settled two days prior to your event. Credit Card payments are accepted as well (a 1.5% surcharge will apply)
  • Disposable sustainable cutlery, and napkins are available at an extra charge of £1.5 pp.
